With large capacity cast-iron ovens for roasting, baking and simmering, and a large hotplate for boiling and simmering, the Rayburn Heatranger allows you to master all culinary styles. 
 
Thanks to its digital display and electronic controls, you can easily control cooking and boiler functions independently. The Rayburn Heatranger 80K offers a boiler output of 80,000 Btu/h or 23.45kW.
